Support
theagentgarage@gmail.com
That address reaches me, Roy. I built Solid Bundles and I read every message myself. The dashboard's Need help? card (button Contact support) and the privacy policy show a second address, shopifyaddson@gmail.com. Both inboxes are mine, so either one works. There is no chat widget, no phone line and no ticket portal.
What to put in the message
Almost every bundle problem is about one bundle, at one location, at one moment. Four lines usually get it answered on the first reply:
- Your store domain. The
yourstore.myshopify.com one, not your custom domain.
- The bundle's title, exactly as it shows on the Bundles screen.
- What you saw and where. "The bundle shows 12 in stock at the Tel Aviv warehouse, but one component has 3 left" is something I can check. "Stock is wrong" means a second email. A screenshot helps more than a description.
- Your plan. Free, Growth or Unlimited. It decides how many active bundles you can have, so it sometimes is the answer.
If you use Contact support on the dashboard, the subject line is already filled in as [Solid Bundles] Support — yourstore.myshopify.com. Leave it as it is. That line is how your message gets found.
Things worth knowing before you write
A bundle in Solid Bundles is a real Shopify product. It has its own product page, its own price and its own stock number, and Shopify's checkout and translations treat it like any other product. An order carries the components, so your sales reports show the individual items.
The stock number is computed, not typed. It counts complete kits at each location you picked on the bundle's Fulfillment locations field. If one component runs out at a location, the bundle's stock there drops with it. A bundle showing zero at a location where you can see most of the parts on the shelf is usually this rule working, not a fault.
That number doesn't block checkout. It is what you see, and it decides which location an order is sent to. Shopify checks each component's stock across your whole store, so a kit split between two locations can still be bought. If you write about an order for a kit no single location could ship, that is the reason, and I'd rather you knew it before it happens.
Each bundle is health-checked automatically every few hours, and the result shows on the dashboard as All healthy or n need attention. The app doesn't email you about a failed check. The dashboard is the only place it shows. When a check finds the stock on the shelf out of step with what the components allow, the app tries to put it right and keeps a record of that attempt. If you write about a bundle marked as needing attention, say so. I can see those records, and they usually explain the problem faster than anything else.
What the app can and cannot do in your store
This is not a read-only app, and you should know that before asking it to fix something. To sell a bundle as a real product it has to create that product and keep its stock in step. So it holds write access to products and inventory. It also holds the cart and fulfillment permissions that send a bundle order to the right location. Shopify shows you the full list on the install screen.
What it stores about your shop is short. The bundles you created, meaning title, price, components, quantities and the locations you picked. The health-check history, and the record of any stock repair it attempted. The Shopify session that keeps it installed. And counts of which screens were opened.
What it does not store: anything about your customers. Order webhooks are read in memory to find which bundles an order touched. What is kept is a count of bundles sold, not the order. No names, no addresses, no emails, no payment details.
What I cannot help with
I can't see your storefront the way a shopper does, and I can't log in to your admin. Sometimes a bundle looks wrong on the product page because of how your theme displays it. I'll tell you what the bundle product itself says. The theme change is yours, or your theme developer's.
Uninstalling
Uninstall from Shopify Admin, Settings → Apps and sales channels. Shopify revokes the app's access straight away. Forty-eight hours later Shopify sends its shop-deletion request, and at that point everything stored about your shop is deleted: bundles, health history, repair records and session. You don't need to email me to make that happen.
One practical note: the bundle products the app created are ordinary Shopify products, so they stay in your catalog after you uninstall. Archive or delete them yourself if you no longer want them on sale.
Solid Bundles is a Shopify app that sells bundles as real products with stock that follows the components at every location, for merchants who ship kits from more than one place.
